Life Counseling Center began June of 1999 in Easton, MD located on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland. The concept was to incorporate the person of Jesus Christ into the counseling process in order to bring relevancy to each client’s pressing issues. Fred Antonelli, Ph.D., founder and director of Life Counseling Center, has built the practice around the scripture, “It is God who is at work in us to will and act according to His good purpose” (Philippians 2:13).

A standing philosophy to this day is to attempt to facilitate God’s purposes and power into the lives of each client, helping them to embrace God’s very best for a brighter tomorrow. Dr. Antonelli is also an ordained minister having pastored for twenty-three years. This has given him a keen insight and feel into the pastoral side of counseling. The practice has grown with the addition of our new Salisbury, MD office located in the Beaglin Park Plaza. Each counselor brings special skills relating to marriage and family counseling, depression and anxiety disorders to pastoral counseling. Life Counseling Center also reaches out in consulting work with churches, pastors and denominations through providing areas of leadership training and development. As a former pastor, Dr. Antonelli has a great respect and special understanding of the many challenges and pressures that pastors and leadership go through on a daily basis. As a result, relevant insight is given through development consulting in order to address today’s challenging pastoral/church leadership issues.

Currently, Life Counseling Center has offices in Easton, MD, Salisbury, MD, and Dover, DE, with plans to expand as God provides open opportunities on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia. Click here for a full listing of our therapists and services offered.
