Terri has a heart for the hurting and believes, through the power of Jesus, everyone can live full lives in Christ, regardless of circumstances. While pursuing her Master’s she worked with those struggling with addiction and dependency, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and codependency. She graduated from Crown College with a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling in Aug. 2020. She is an ordained minister with International Ministerial Fellowship and has her Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Ministries with a minor in Bible Studies.
While focusing on the individual client, Terri uses an eclectic approach to therapy and is trained in Psychoanalytical, Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, Existential approaches and more. Since every person is unique, Terri believes it is important to approach each situation with an open mind and all the tools in the toolbox.
Some of Terri’s certifications include: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychological First Aid, Prepare and Enrich Marriage Counseling, LIFEiLEAD addiction and codependency and Soul Care Foundations.
In her spare time, Terri volunteers in her church conducting Bible Studies, alter team ministry and greeting ministry. In the community she volunteers with the marginalized populations. She and her husband Joe have been married for 12 years and have a blended family of 3 adult children. In their spare time Terri and Joe enjoy the beach, golfing, traveling, music and spending time with family.
